S65 Aluminum Valve Cover Replacement Policy
NRW Design will offer a no-nonsense replacement warranty for the S65 Aluminum Valve Cover(s), from the original retail owner for his or her lifetime, if it has been determined that the valve cover(s) are defective in material and workmanship from the factory. The no-nonsense warrantee covers items such as like leaking, cracking, warping, not fitting due to out of spec valve covers. The finish is covered from peeling, flaking and lifting due to improper application.
If its been determined that the valve cover or covers have been altered in any way or recoated from its original finish, this will void all warranty expressed or given. Imperfections in the casting and or coating are naturally inherent due to the casting and coating process. If these imperfections do not affect the overall performance of the valve cover, these would be also not covered by the warranty.
It will be the responsibility of the original owner to ship the valve cover(s) back to the NRW Design Distribution Center.
We ask that the customer contact us prior to shipping with a description and image(s) of the damaged product to be warrantied. Once received, we will be in contact within 3 business days to provide RMA and shipping information.

Return Shipping
All damaged/defective or warrantied products must be returned to the NRW Distribution Center at the customer's cost. Customer must email us at Sales@NRW-Design.com to start a return order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The customer has 24 hours from date of receiving the item to email Sales@NRW-Design.com of any issues from shipping and handling.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if the security seal is broken and outside of expressed warranty of item due to fit form and function.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
