Return Policy
NRW Design LLC has a restrictive return policy. NRW Design LLC. is a custom manufacturing company specializing in BMW aftermarket parts. We make custom and small run products. Being said we have a very strict policy for returns. For customers looking for a return and not warranty, the customer must understand that all sales are final once the security seal is broken on the package. NRW Design LLC. will have no issues accepting a return as long as the security seal is intact and that the box the item is in is in the same condition as it was delivered in. There will be a 20% restocking fee applied to the return for those returns that meet this criteria. It will be the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping back to NRW Design LLC. The customer must email NRW Design LLC. with the request and get approval and the correct return address to send the returned item. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items being returned and if the item is damaged or lost during shipping to us, it will fall on the responsibility of the customer. We would suggest the customer insure the item for the cost of purchase when shipping back for a return. Once the item is received by NRW Design LLC. we will inspect the item and issue a refund to the method paid when purchased. All emails need to be addressed to Sales@NRW-Design.com
Warranty Policy
NRW Design LLC has a no nonsense warranty policy on all of the products NRW manufactures and sells through www.NRW-Design.com The lifetime warranty extends to the original purchaser of the item. Warranty covers fit form and function of the item. Items such as the cast S65 vale covers might have imperfections in its casting and coating. These imperfections are not included in the warranty as it is in its nature of manufacturing and coating to possibly have slight imperfections. If the original customer feels their product would fall under this warranty policy, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us with the order number and provide pictures of the product purchased. NRW Design LLC will do its best to accommodate the customer and their issue. Warranty only covers replacement of the product in question and does not cover labor to remove or the replacement item. This falls under the responsibility of the customer. We ask that all items be fully inspected before attempting install. NRW Design is not responsible or liable for any item or damage caused due to incorrectly installed or used outside of its indented use. Customer assumes all responsibility, legality, and liability of items purchased from NRW Design LLC or its vendors.
Return Shipping
All damaged/defective or warrantied products must be returned to the NRW Distribution Center at the customer's expense. Customer must email us at Sales@NRW-Design.com to start a return order. If the item is determined to be damaged or defective NRW Design LLC may issue a credit for shipping and handling.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Customers must contact us via email with in 24 hours of receiving the item for NRW Design LLC notifying of such issues.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sold items except where applicable on products with individual warranties.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
