NRW Design S58 Top Mount Single Turbo Kit

Introducing the NRW Design S58 Top Mount turbo kit. This kit is the definition of quality and performance! The NRW Design manifold is made from a 6160 T6 billet head flange and the runners are 321 stainless steel, utilizes 2 45mm waste gates, topped off with a T4 twin scroll flange. This provides the fastest spool and the ultimate strength when it comes to a manifold. Most companies cheap out with using 304 stainless due to cost but 321 Stainless the most desired steel for manifolds due to bring more suitable for extremely high-temperature applications for its resistance to oxidation and creep. The 6160 T6 head flange is machined and designed to accept the heat from welding and guarantees flatness across the flange. Much nicer and stronger than the cheap option of water jetting. Our fabricator is the absolute best in the business. Perfection with his welding skills a true master of his craft. The manifold uses 2x 45mm Turbosmart waste gates giving you complete control over boost. NRW Design has also produced a complete silicone hose kit for your turbo build. There is no splicing hoses needed as this provides you the radiator and coolant lines for your coolant reservoir, engine, as well as for the Garrett turbo. Our over engineered oil feed and return lines are robust and perfect fitment using our own billet oil feed and block off fittings. The kit is an absolute piece of art, preforms and fits perfectly! We prefer the Garrett turbos due to quality of Garrett but you are more than welcome to use Precision as the 68/70 next gen has been an amazing turbo. This kit easily pushes well over 1000 WHP and starts at $6995.00. Kit as shown with the Garrett G42-1200 is $11,995.00 These kits are custom made and take between 2-4 weeks to produce. * A $500 non refundable deposit is required to hold your place in line to start the custom fabrication.  Once completed you will receive an email and phone call to let you know your kit is ready to ship.  You will have 72 hours to wire the final payment before shipping.  Wire information will be provided once the kit is ready to ship.
