Aluminum is a proven material for valve covers used by many manufactures across many different models for decades. In fact, the BMW S85 V10 valve covers are aluminum. (And do not leak)
1:1 design means the NRW Design valve covers is an identical copy of the original S65 valve cover. All ancillary parts like gaskets, bolts, oil cap, cam sensors, plug tubes, oil separators, and coil packs work just like the original.

We were genuinely surprised and disappointed to read your review, especially given the consistent communication we have maintained throughout this process.

As you are located outside of the country, you provided a Cape Coral shipping address, and we promptly shipped your order to that location. Tracking information was provided as soon as the package left our facility. According to UPS, delivery was attempted, but the package was marked as undeliverable. Since then, the shipment has unfortunately remained within the UPS network, which is beyond our control.

Throughout this situation, we have remained in contact with you and worked to find a solution. Most recently, we offered to reship the order via FedEx, and just yesterday you confirmed that arrangement and verified the shipping address.

Given our ongoing communication and efforts to resolve the issue, we are struggling to understand the basis for the negative review. We have been responsive, proactive, and committed to ensuring you receive your order. While we certainly understand the frustration caused by shipping delays, the circumstances surrounding the delivery were outside of our control, and we have continued to work diligently toward a resolution.

We value every customer and always strive to provide the highest level of service. We hope you will reconsider your review in light of the actions we have taken to address this matter.

very pleased with the new aluminum covers. The old OE covers were pealing and bubbling in so many spots, more troubling along the matting surface with the gasket.
