A Serviceable, Performance-Ready Replacement for Aging OEM S65 Fuel Rails

Developed as a direct replacement for the factory S65 fuel rail system, our billet fuel rails address one of the concerns owners face as the E9x M3 platform continues to age: deterioration and potential leakage from the non-serviceable factory fuel rail crossover hose.
Rather than replacing aging components with another factory-style assembly, NRW Design engineered a fully serviceable billet aluminum fuel rail system designed for both stock and upgraded fuel systems.
Whether you’re maintaining a naturally aspirated street car, building an E85 setup, or upgrading to a return-style fuel system, the NRW Design S65 Billet Fuel Rails provide the flexibility to grow with your build.
CNC-Machined 6061-T6 Billet Aluminum Construction
Each fuel rail is precision CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and anodized for long-term corrosion resistance, durability, and a premium appearance.
The system utilizes Racetronix AN fittings and Radium Engineering EFI hose, with components selected for compatibility with both gasoline and E85 applications.
The result is a modern, serviceable fuel delivery system engineered specifically for the BMW S65.
Stock or Return-Style Fuel System Compatibility
Our S65 billet fuel rails are designed with -8 ORB ports at both ends of each rail, giving owners significantly more flexibility when configuring their fuel system.
For factory-style applications, the rails can be installed using the supplied closed-loop configuration.
For higher-performance builds requiring a return-style fuel system, the ORB ports provide the flexibility to configure a return line to an external fuel pressure regulator and fuel tank.
This allows the same fuel rail system to support your build as your fueling requirements evolve.
Integrated Fuel Pressure Monitoring
Accurate fuel-pressure information becomes increasingly important as power levels and fueling demands increase.
For this reason, we incorporated a 1/8-inch NPT female port directly into the fuel rail.
This port can be used with an analog fuel pressure gauge, including the optional Radium fuel pressure gauge, or with a compatible electronic fuel pressure sensor for standalone engine-management and data-logging applications.
Monitoring pressure directly at the fuel rail provides valuable information about the pressure being delivered to the injectors and can assist with fuel-system diagnostics, data logging, and calibration.
Bosch EV14L Injector Compatibility
The NRW Design S65 Billet Fuel Rails are designed for use with Bosch EV14L-style fuel injectors and incorporate a dedicated injector locking plate to securely retain the injectors to the fuel rail.
For stock fuel-system applications, the kit maintains an OEM-style fuel supply entry location for straightforward installation.
Complete Plug-and-Play Fuel Rail Package
For customers retaining the factory fuel system, the kit comes complete with the required hoses, Racetronix AN fittings, and ORB fittings needed for installation.
Customers can also select the appropriate hose configuration for use with the NRW Design Inline Fuel Filter System, creating a comprehensive under-hood fuel-system upgrade for the E9x M3.
Key Features
Optional Fuel Pressure Gauge
A Radium fuel pressure gauge is available as an optional add-on. Customers may also use another compatible 1/8-inch NPT fuel pressure gauge or sensor.
Installation Note: Appropriate thread sealant should be used when installing NPT fittings. Always follow the fitting or sealant manufacturer’s recommendations for fuel-system applications.
Important Fuel Hose Selection Information
The NRW Design Inline Fuel Filter is not included with this fuel rail kit.
The available options refer to the fuel hose configuration included with your fuel rail kit.
The hose designed for the factory fuel system is different from the hose required when using the NRW Design Inline Fuel Filter. Please select the appropriate configuration when ordering.
An Inline Fuel Filter-compatible hose will also be available separately for customers upgrading their fuel system at a later date.
