NRW Design developed our BMW S58 Billet Water Pump Adapters to provide a stronger, more cost-effective alternative to the factory plastic water pump adapters.

Over the years, we have seen S58 owners encounter broken or damaged factory water pump adapters. The problem is that BMW does not offer these plastic adapters separately from the water pump assembly. If an adapter breaks or fails, the traditional solution can require replacing the entire factory water pump—an expense that can cost approximately $500–$600—only to receive another water pump equipped with the same style of plastic adapters.

We knew there had to be a better solution.

CNC-Machined from 6061-T6 Billet Aluminum

NRW Design developed both small and large billet S58 water pump adapters as direct replacements for the factory components.

Each adapter is precision machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, providing a substantially more robust alternative to the original plastic component while maintaining the factory dimensions and fitment.

Rather than replacing an otherwise functional water pump because of a damaged plastic adapter, the NRW Design billet adapters allow you to replace the failed component itself.

Installation Note:
We recommend lightly lubricating the aluminum adapter before connecting it to the rubber coolant hose. This will help the hose slide onto the adapter more easily during installation.
