Something we have been working on is our new billet oil cap for the S58.  It was a natural progression after our oil cap for the S65 to come up with a better option for the S58, and that we did.  A very sleek snug fitting oil cap with multi baffle port design allows one to add a breather or a 10an swivel fitting to a catch can and still retain the baffling ability before ever getting to the catch can or breather filter.  Made again from 6061 T6 aluminum we milled this from a multi piece block to form the multi baffle ports you will see on the bottom end of the cap and from inside the breather port.  You will notice this is not a pass though but a multi channel baffle redirecting the oils back though the cap and into your valve cover while allowing gasses to flow freely though and out of the cap.  This option will help with positive case pressure which can be harmful to your engine.  This cap has a simple Allen Head fitting.  To transform from a simple cap to the baffled breather, simply  remove the cap to allow you to take advantage of the baffled breather option.  Some companies make a cap that is for both S58 and B58.  Due to tolerances in the two different valve covers this is strictly for the S58 and will not work for the B58 platform.  This cap will give you an affordable upgrade to your plastic factory oil cap and give you the ability to add features as something like a filter, or even a catch can setup.  This cap works well on OEM valve covers as well as our very own S58 Billet Valve cover.
