

Finally, a Clean Nitrous Solution for the G8X M3
Our G80 S58 build runs a large single turbo kit. As with any big turbo setup, there's some lag on the low end — so we turned to nitrous to help eliminate spool time while also gaining all the additional benefits nitrous brings. We chose Nitrous Express for our setup, running a dry 50hp shot through a 0.22 nozzle at 60psi fuel pressure, on straight E85.
To support this, we created a custom velocity stack for our 4" turbo inlets (with a 5" version coming soon). Built into the stack is a 1/8" NPT port, allowing easy integration of the nitrous nozzle. But the next challenge was mounting the solenoids in a way that was clean, functional, and protected from engine bay heat.
Once the factory airbox is removed, it frees up valuable space. We designed a bracket that utilizes one of the original airbox mounting points — no cutting, no drilling, and completely reversible. With just a grommet and a single Allen screw, the bracket installs easily and leaves no trace behind if removed.
The bracket is designed specifically to fit the Nitrous Express 15300L Lightning ProPower Nitrous Solenoid and its matching purge valve. It uses the solenoid's factory mounting holes and includes precision cutouts for both the intake and exit ports. Installation takes about 5 minutes.
Finished in satin black powder coat, it blends in with the OEM engine bay. Dual shielded faces on the bracket help deflect radiant heat, keeping the solenoids protected and reliable.
